cos-1 \(\left(\cos \frac{13 \pi}{6}\right)\)
हल:
cos-1 की मुख्य मान शाखा [0, π ] है।
\(\frac{13 \pi}{6}\) ∉ [0, π ]
अब cost-1 \(\left(\cos \frac{13 \pi}{6}\right)\)
= cost-1 \(\left[\cos \left(2 \pi+\frac{\pi}{6}\right)\right]\)
= cost-1 \(\left[\cos \left(\frac{\pi}{6}\right)\right]\)
= \(\frac{\pi}{6}\)
अत: cos-1 = \(\frac{\pi}{6}\) का मान \(\frac{\pi}{6}\) है।
